I lifted these from a post over on the DDO boards and made a few corrections.

These are all Finishers for the Disciple level of stances. I have no personal experience with Adept or Master yet, so I'll update as we find more in our journey to cap.

PATH OF HARMONIOUS BALANCE

Light + Light + Light = Healing 2d4 in an area
Storm + Light + Storm = Dance of Clouds (20 seconds - Blur)
Fire + Light + Fire = Walk of the Sun (20 seconds - Heroism)
Water + Light + Water = Aligning the Heavens (20 seconds - Spell Point Bonus)
Earth + Light + Earth = Grasp of the Earth Dragon (20 seconds - Immune to Stun, Daze, Sleep)

PATH OF INEVITABLE DOMINION

Darkness + Darkness + Darkness = Touch of Despair (Curse)
Storm + Darkness + Storm = Falling Star Strike (Blindness)
Fire + Darkness + Fire = Karmic Strike (Auto Critical but reduces your fortification by 100% for 3 seconds)
Water + Darkness + Water = Freezing the Lifeblood (Paralyze)
Earth + Darkness + Earth = Pain Touch (Nauseate)

Elemental Strikes
Storm + Storm + Storm = The Gathering Storm (Reduces Enemy Attack Bonus)
Fire + Fire + Fire = Burning Hands (1d4 per level) - (5d4 max)
Water + Water + Water = (20 seconds - Slow)
Earth + Earth + Earth = The Trembling Earth (Critical Threat Range Increased by 2, Partial Bewilder)

Also note that using the Finishing Moves for Harmonious Balance breaks Combat Expertise. There is debate as to whether this is intentional or a bug, and I won't get into that other than to say if you want your monk to be a heavy tank, you should consider the Path of Inevitable Dominion for now.

What do you recommend for only 2 levels of monk for finishing if that is even possible?

You choose a path at monk 3, so with only 2 lvls of monk, you only have the elemental finishers available for the stances you've used APs on. Which stances to take depends on your build.
