So, here's my starting idea for my Coldin Artificer build. There's 2 levels into rogue for evasion, though it's debatable how useful that really is.

Since your INT and DEX are going to be within a couple of points of each other, is Insightful Reflexes worth investing in? With the split you've got there, you'll have a 4-5 point difference in the two, depending on gear.. that's only 2(ish) added to your reflex save..

Decent point. The pass before this had dex and int a bit further apart, but I figured if all my level ups would be going into Int, starting with an 18 dex wouldn't hurt.

The main thing is, what feat would go in it's place? I purposefully took it at level 9 when I get evasion. Luck of Heroes and Lightning Reflexes of course could be choices. Beyond that, I'm not sure.

Oh, or the rogue past life feat.

Hmm... Nothing really jumps out at me .. you've got both caster and ranged bases covered..

Perhaps Mental Toughness?

Although, if you keep it, the addition of an Epic Diabolists Robe and Int TOD ring would put you at a 40 INT.. You'd also not really need to worry about a dex item at all..

Eh, I'll be taking care of the dex item though a Bucanneer ring at level 20. Good source for Protection +5 and Good Luck +2. :)

Mental Toughness might be useful. Artificers have a crappy spell pool.
