that there are people on the server asking where I've gotten myself off to, if I've left the game, etc.
So I'm posting this in 2 separate locations. Here and the DDO forums.
I'm still scanning the forums a bit in the mornings while I eat my breakfast and drink my coffee.
I've only had time to log into the game about once a week recently. This will continue throughout the summer. In addition to having a 5 yr old out of school and at home with me, I'm working out at the gym 2 hours every day AND I'm working 4 hours a day.
I just don't have a lot of time to devote to playing online games right now...and every time I have logged onto DDO I've gotten sucked in for hours and hours. So best to just not log on unless I can commit to spending those hours.
So to whoever was asking...NO, I have not left the game, you cannot get rid of me that easily.

I'm preparing for a hike up Mt. Fuji. Part of my routine is high elevation hill on the treadmill. Fun stuff.

You know...I have actually thought about this and IF I ever decide to quit playing (you know, that cosmic IF), all my stuff would go to Clay, Frenchfry and Drak and I'd leave quietly.
No offense to anyone else but those three have helped me with more items and more importantly, TIME getting things done I wanted to get accomplished than anyone else in the game...even my loving and darling husband. :insane:
So no, you can't have my stuff. Not now because I'm not leaving :wootdance: and not ever because someone else is far more deserving. :cheese:

Loot distribution aside, "IF" you ever leave, please say good-bye here. Don't need a reason or /rant or anything to that effect. But a /wave would be cool.
Just an FYI...you're posting and work in the past has made you a solid House T member. I'd hate to ever see you leave without a good-bye. :)

Well depends on what you are going for. Building "size" yeah big 40oz weight; low reps. Build strength and get ripped low 12oz weight; high reps. Boy all this working out has me thirsty - oh wait:p

I've found the 40 oz. curls are most effective for building mass in the lower abdomen...

If you are really looking to focus building mass in the abdomen I highly recommend the hat with a couple of 40's and straws (don't know what it's really called - but you know what I mean). That way you can take your arms completely out of the equation for a highly concentrated workout in one area.
The biggest key to achieving "The Kegger" is lack of activity! You really don't want to be counter-productive and get up and walk around or anything, that goes against what you are trying to shoot for! The goal is to be stationary!!!
