Ok so as some of you know already, I re-rolled Brae (again) and have worked out most of the kinks of the build. But this time I am gonna open it up and let a few folks see what I am thinking of to see if I am missing anything.

Build Summary: Intimitank that has DPS.

Ftr 11/Pal 3/Rog 2, LG, human

Stats:

Str: 14 (+2 level, +3 class enc, +1 race enc, +6 item, +2 tome) = 28
Dex: 16 (+2 level, +1 class enc, +6 item, +3 tome) = 28
Con: 14 (+1 race enc, +6 item, +3 tome) = 24
Int: 12 (+1 tome) = 13
Wis: 8
Cha: 14 (+1 class enc, +6 item, +3 tome) = 24

Feats:

1) Toughness
1) Force of Personality
3) Khopesh
6) Toughness
9) Toughness
12) SK: Intim
15) Bullheaded

Fighter bonus feats:

1) Dodge
2) WF: Slash
4) WS: Slash
6) Combat Expertise
8) IC: Slash
10) IC: Pierce

Skills:

Umd = max ranks: 19, +3 item, + 2 head of good fortune, +4 ghero, +5 skill boost, +7 cha = 40 umd.

Intim = max ranks: 19, +15 item, +3 enc, +5 feats, +2 head of good fortune, +4 ghero, +5 skill boost, +7 cha = 60 intim before shroud items or bard buffs.

Open Lock: 17 base, +15 item, + 9 dex +5 skill boost, +4 ghero, +7 (+5 picks) = 57.

HP: Shoud be 446 standing. I base this on Malvian and what he has so I don't show the math, but that's what it should be.

AC:

10 - base
10 - armor (KDS)
9 - dex
6 - dodge (ring,bracers,feat)
7 - shield
5 - prot
5 - CE
2 - misc (pally levels)

54 ac

4 - shroud insight
2 - ritual
4 - barkskin pot and haste pot

64 self buffed ac. With full ranger, full pally, bard ac song and recitation = 74 ac.

Level progression:

1) rog
2 - 4) pal
5 - 11) ftr
12) rog
13-16) ftr

onwards:

17-19) ftr
20) rog - maybe?

Anyways, this is what I came up with. Input is welcome. Atm I'm level 3, would much rather re-roll now then at level 12 (again).

I think I may adapt this for my re-building of Kerrowyn. As some of you may know I get a number of my character ideas from books - as least the name and what they basically do.

The original character Kerrowyn is a fighter and Tarma was her teacher and from a nomadic race and was quite proud of being called a "barbarian". Tarma is one of 2 remaining 28 pt builds that I still have.

I'll probably forgo the OL skills and focus on more melee type skills - I like the built in int and umd, those tomes are going to be hard to come by, but it looks fine. I'll probably swap the kopesh to dwarven axe as I have a bunch already :)

You plan to wear light armor for Evasion.. evading, self-healing.. Braegan is a batman!

This prompts me to canvas opinions about (1-2 lvl) rogue splashes on heavy fighters. I can see wanting to end up with a +20 BAB, but what if you are already multi-classing in some way? Paracelsus is planned for 19f/1bard, for example, but it is hard to see much difference between 18 and 19 levels of fighter.

Unfortunately, we don't really know what they have planned for lvls 17-20 of anything yet. They can hint all they want, but until we see hard numbers and feats and enhancement its all guesswork here.

Hopefully I'll still qualify for whatever specialties are offered.

most of my characters are multiclassed deeply enough that it's not going to matter what comes 17-20 :)

Usually I just have a splash of something else. Maybe fighter or ranger for feats. My bards and clerics like a level of sorc for the spell point boost. Skitty with her level of wizzy & fighter for arcane archer etc.

The only pure characters I'm planning on atm is:

Tarma (barbs usually have to be)
Julez - cleric
HealingHands - cleric
ShadowMage - wizzy

Made an edit on level progression (typo) and fixed math on OL (1 point less than what I thought). Just hit level 12 and so far so good!

This build is very close to the original plan I had for 84. Except that at lvl12, I decided to go the rest of the way as paladin - He'll end up as 11p/7f/2r - which gets him 30-point resists, Exalted Smite I (x7 i think) and Bulwark III for more onboard AC aura.

Oh, and he's warforged, so between that and the paladin levels, he doesn't have to worry nearly as much about silly things like fear, disease, poison, etc. :)
