Handwraps are bugged. For example, a Lawful Neutral Monk can use Anarchic Handwraps of Pure Good with no UMD check or penalty.

Hey Ren... Yeah I was able to pick out the useful info from the thread... Still debating if I want to Roll up the Monk as my next TR or if I want to go Pally...

I'm leaning toward the Monk cause the Pally is going to need all the extra DPS he can take... even the +1 from monk PL will help and most likely be a significant percentage of his dps...
